Yes. For physical purchases such as custom gravestones, memorial masonry, caskets, or floral arrangements, we send direct tracking notifications via SMS and email. Our logistics team will also coordinate directly with you to schedule professional masonry installation dates.
Yes. Standard physical items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original, undamaged condition. Please note that customized memorial masonry, engraved tombstones, and tailored floral tributes are non-refundable once production or preparation has begun.
Polished coffins, caskets, and floral arrangements are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 hours for local ceremonies. Custom-carved gravestones and memorial masonry require professional stonemasonry craftsmanship and generally take between 2 to 4 weeks for complete preparation and on-site installation.
While you can complete purchases as a guest, creating an account allows you to securely manage your funeral cover policies, upload critical verification documents (such as passports or foreign IDs), review billing transactions, and access accelerated support during claim procedures.
